You had a good day, slept well, you’re excited, enough energy, you have eaten well, your pre-workout claps at the right time. The planets are aligned and you just got a raise in salary. Actually, all the conditions are exactly as they should be, you’re ready to melt the iron.
Great, but if you do one of those things below, all favorable conditions will don’t make sense. Avoid the following actions to get the most out of your workout.
Using your phone
If you really a guy who’s exercising Tinder, Happn, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp or whatever it is, will you please knock yourself to the floor with a dumbbell? Unless your wife is nine months pregnant, or you can receive a call from Marisa Papen, you just leave the phone in the locker. Or pocket, if you listen to music.
It’s cool to seeing friends in the gym, but that does not give you the reason to talk about … for twenty minutes. Finish your workout and go after training for a shake together.
Waiting for equipment
Of course, your training-plan in advance is convenient. However, when you see that a machine or bench is occupied, you have two choices: 1) whether you can use it in between or 2) you are looking for an alternative exercise. Don’t wait for ten minutes. Unnecessary. There are plenty of other exercises to address the same muscle group.
