Maturity is a subjective matter, based on the emotions and challenges you face in your life. You see 40-year-olds, who behave like 18-year-old boys and 22-year-old boys who, through the things they have experienced, have the adulthood and discipline that many men will never match. Maturity does not mean that you have to lead a boring, decent life. It does not mean you can not party in the late hours and do crazy things with your sizes. No, maturity is determined by life experience and involves how you handle certain situations. It is, therefore, important that we focus on inner growth and keep us less busy with the unnecessary hassle around us.
In the years of adulthood, you will encounter situations that will teach you useful lessons.
Sometimes you have to go hard to get up and then get up and go ahead. These following life lessons will help you:
This is the biggest time and energy waste of the day. These two points are already scarce, so why waste your valuable time and energy on complaining. Complain about your study, your work, your annoying colleagues or your unhealthy lifestyle. First of all, you will not be a nicer person. If something is annoying, it’s a friend who complains about it every time you see it. In addition, complaints are not particularly motivating. In fact, it even brings you into a negative spiral. Life is not guilty of you and you are in control of yourself. Stop complaining. If you are not satisfied, change the situation. Embrace the unknown and go for the challenge.
Talk to her
When you entered the bar she was the first to see what you saw. Your eyes cross each other and you feel the need to step down on her. She has been sitting for more than ten minutes and yet you do not get off her. Anno 2016 is judging a man on his Instagram account and looks at the looks only. Clinic cliché. Still, we are talking too little with strangers. On a good Sunday, I’m only three times in love in the supermarket. Laugh, say hi and make a chat. And do not just do that when you have enough courage after drinking ten glasses of beer. Show interest and be confident.
For several reasons. First of all, you get discipline by sports. Everybody thinks when he/she starts sports that will show you instant results. Error. You probably need to get out of a nice valley and it will take some time for you to see and see your result. You will have to set goals and work here. Without it, you will only see any results at the beginning. Discipline. Only when you are going to practice yourself you’ll see that other trained dude not only as a stupid muscle but you know how much discipline and perseverance lies behind those biceps.
In addition, mental and physical differences do not differ greatly. The #nopainnogain that is set under many Instagram pictures is correct. And so it also works for mental growth. Want to learn more, develop social skills? Then you need to look up the unknown, see each challenge as a chance and use the full 100%. Whatever this opportunity lies with your comfort sin.
Finally, you make endorphin when you sport. This gives your body and mind energy and reduces stress. Believe me, you will feel many times fitter and you’ll have much more energy.
We live in a time where we constantly, but then literally constantly be stimulated by social and often digital notifications and notifications. As a result, we have less thought of ourselves. Everything gets chewed and an opinion is easily taken over. And everything on the internet is true. Here is the danger. First, consider yourself before you take action or take over an opinion without care.
Read more & do something with the knowledge
I would recommend anyone to read more. Everyone has a topic that one appeals to. Still, you do not read enough books. It’s tempting to read a short article or summary. Or worse, watching the filming instead of reading the original book. Reading gives you knowledge. The so-called input. Now it is important that you also do something with that knowledge instead of immediately opening the next book. Share the ‘aha!’ moment with a friend, write a review or bring the knowledge you gained in practice.
