Simple rules to be happy and reduce stress

Are you looking for more happiness in your life? There’s good news for you, we all are! At least, some think they have found it but most times it’s a tough session to score the entire package of the phenomenon. Sometimes your job is bad, your relationship is like a triathlon that seems not to be finished, or your bank account is out of money.

Our helping hand will not hurt. Therefore, we have to make it easier, we have five simple rules in a row. Let the happiness come!

Reduce your worries

What gives you the most stress? Your job? Your bank account? Your relationship? Write down the things that give you stress and also write the possible solutions for it. Now you know what causes the stress it’s time to reduce them.

 

Live simplistic

Buying each month a new pair of shoes, six jackets, and three pants, will probably not be your happiness in the long run. Don’t spend money on meaningless things.

And also don’t schedule your whole agenda, take time for yourself. Invest time into the little things that make you happy, like a great informative magazine, or doing some sport.

Hate less

You will only make more stress if you denounces certain people. Let these people or events behind and go on with YOUR life and future. Hatred has never ensured progression.

 

Donate more

Sometimes charity gives you as much satisfaction as it gives the people you give it to. There is almost nothing as satisfying as you do your best to give a meaningful gift to someone or something you care for.

 

Expect less

Disappointment is just the result of certain expectations. The less you expect from people, places or things around you, the less hard you will be disappointed. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
